Balanced scorecard do you need it?

When one is working in a cut throat competitive business, then one must keep in mind that there are many small things which really matter at the end of the day. You really want to know who is you best man for the job and who you are paying juts for nothing and for such thing there cannot be any other best method than balanced scorecard. They really take out the best of your subordinates and they know that yu mean business. They must be filled with total neutral mind and thus should reflect the real performance of any individual.
