Starfish Food

I always thought it would be a little criminal to go after someone or some business if I were to slip and fall while on their property. Unfortunately though I now know first hand how much damage can be done and I think that the property owner should help me with my medical bills. I recently slipped on a wet floor in a restaurant when I was carrying my tray back to my table. There were no signs up and I slipped and really hurt my elbow when I fell. I need some advise on slip, trip, and fall accidents and if there is a precedence in my case.
