One Make Money Forum I know has a lot of discussion about the offer by AEG, the promoters of the Machael Jacksom concerts to be held in London, Mid-July. AEG are saying that rather than fans asking for a refund, they can keep their tickets as a ‘momento’ of Jackson. The tickets cost between £50 and £75, so it is not cheap for someone to have a ticket instead. Now, it might well be that in the future those tickets will become collectors’ items. They might really be sought after. But from what I’m reading there is a lot of anger that the promoters have even suggested people giving up their refunds.
