Quick Tips for Healthy Computing

July 30th, 2009 by admin

Getting an ergonomic keyboard is just the one precaution to avoid repetitive stress injury. Healthy computing and typing have a lot to do with the position of the keyboard as well as other computer essentials and accessories. It is a common misnomer that the keyboard should be tilted to a positive angle to avoid muscular injuries. The wrists should stay in a natural position, which is why a negative angle is better. Adjust and rearrange your ergonomic computer furniture as necessary until you find the position that works best for you and your health. It may take a lot of work at first, but it sure has a lot of rewards once you hit the spot.
