You’ve seen them at every fair, lots of parks, and on busy downtown street corners during lunch hour. Their vending carts, and while it’s common to find hot dogs or burgers or tacos and burritos, you’ll also find oddities that stand out. My favorite of the vending carts is a barbecue sandwich cart that hangs around the strip of nightclubs in my town late nights on the weekends.
