I am getting ready to start a small small business but I can’t figure out where I should locate it. The business is going to sell ued video games and arcade machines, and I’m going to repair video equipment and arcade machines on site, too. Right now, I have two different locations in mind but I can’t decide which would be best. One is pretty high rent area out by the highway, but it’s also near a major shopping mall so there is lots of traffic. The other is in kind of a funky little neighborhood near downtown. There isn’t nearly as much traffic but the place has a lot of character and is cheaper than the other one. Which one should I take?
