I have been single again for just a few months and I have decided to try to start dating again. I was looking up tips for dating single parents online and ran across a tip that scared me to death! It was that there are many sexual predators and sex offenders who use online dating sites to meet single mothers and gain access to their children. Many single mothers may think that it is sweet that their new boyfriend likes children and enjoys spending time with them. Soon, these men are volunteering to babysit the kids while you work and you think he is doing it because he loves you. Our current condo is small. But since it is just my husband and me, it is all that we need for now. We have been thinking about updating it a bit though. And just as important, we want something that will store all of our things more efficiently than our current kitchen does. I like to invite several groups of people over to partake in a pool party with me. Nothing says fun like throwing a pool party. I always make sure to pull out all the pool lounge equipment. I have a pretty big pool so everyone can grab their own lounger and float. We like to play volleyball (of a sort) while we float. If the ball hits the water that just means we can “cool off” by jumping in after it before returning to the chair. I just moved into a new apartment. Up until now, I had been living with my parents but I decided that it was time to move out. I am very excited about having a space that is all my own. Since I was living in my parents’ house, I never did any home decorating. I am going to start small and have been shopping online to find a shower curtain design that I like. I do not like anything too busy. I have fairly simple, classic taste. However, I do not want anything that is boring either. Hopefully I can find a good selection online.

I really thought my parents forgot my birthday this year. I looked around the house, and I couldn’t find cake, ice cream or gifts for birthday. They didn’t say anything about my birthday, and they didn’t ask what I wanted. I went to school without even a note in my lunchbox. I almost cried when I found that out. But I should have known better. I came home from soccer practice, and there were no cars in my driveway. I thought that even my parents were gone. Then I opened the door, and my house was full of guests! It was a surprise party.

My son has decided to attend Villanova university in the fall.  My husband and I are very pleased that this decision especially since he has received a scholarship that will cover his tuition and books.  We will only have to pay for his apartment and living expenses which we plan to do.  We don’t want him to have to take a job that will take him away from his studies.  We have been looking for apartments near the campus and and haven’t found anything that fits our budget.  Fortunately there are plenty of Exton Apartments available at a price that we can afford.

I may have a slight obsession with purses.  Since I can’t afford the expensive ones I’m a fan of replica designer handbags.  There are so many knock offs these days that look like the real thing at a fraction of the price.  Most people can’t tell the difference between a real or a fake Coach or Luis Vuitton, so why spend the money to look great.  As long as I have a bag that looks great and goes with my outfit, people are not going to notice if it is cheap or expensive!  This train of thought allows me to buy more cheap bags!

The renovation of our bathroom is going on and we have brought a beautiful shower to be installed in our bathroom as part of the work itself. We have given the task of installing the shower to the skilled Northridge Plumber that has assisted us in the various plumbing problems earlier also. The plumber reached soon after getting a call from us. He started on with the work of installing the shower the very next day. He firstly fitted the shower control and then switched off the water supply for fitting the pipes that will supply water to the shower system.
