An exercise program helps you look, feel and sleep better

I have been having difficulty sleeping at night and have been looking for solutions to this problem. When I mentioned it to a friend he suggested that I consider exercise. His personal position was that by doing some exercise on a regular basis will help you relax. In his experience, an exercise program burns up excess calories and helps you relax. This has resulted in the ability to sleep better at night. It sounds like a step in the right direction so I am going to start running during my lunchtime breaks. This is a more economical use of my time that avoids the need to spend additional time in the gym after I finish work.
