Ab exercises are great height exercises as they strengthen the muscles adjoining the spine and make it straighter and longer. In addition to building a six pack, these exercises also make you taller. The Back Hyperextension is one of them that also tightens the waist. Lie down on your stomach on a hyperextension board or a Swiss ball in such a way that your upper body is free to swing up and down. Make sure your lower body is well supported. Bend down at the waist while ensuring that your upper back remains straight. Utilize your abdominal muscles to swing up and down.
