When you consider losing weight you need to realize that the best weight loss program includes a mental weight loss program. When losing weight you have to change the way you do things, not just what you eat. You can’t have junk foods in the house and vow not to eat junk foods because this builds too much desire towards eating junk foods and you will eventually crack. Out of site out of mind is vital in such a ploy. Although not eating anything good sounds like it would work it really won’t. Losing weight is about calories in calories out, not starving the body so it can’t burn off the fat!
