Boot Camp Work

One of the most fantastic classes that I have taken at the gym in a long time really changed my entire thought about how I have been working out. In the past I use to do an hour of cardio and then I would hit the weights. I thought that I was doing a really great thing by adding weights because I was really just a cardio addict before. Now, after taking some turbulence training in a boot camp class I now see that if I just keep switching my routine and keep my body guessing I can achieve anything that I want with my body type.
