CNA or a Certified Nursing Assistant’s role is one of the most demanding roles in any healthcare organization. Needless to say, not many nurses really opt for this role considering the complexities. You would also find that many nurses opt out of CNA Classes midway into the course as they somehow find the course not motivating enough. It must be said here that this role is indeed one of the most challenging ones, but if the person does the role nicely, it could also be the most rewarding one.
