Diet sodas can actually be worse than regular sodas

Most people already understand the fact that soda is one of the worst things you can put in your body. The chemicals, the high fructose corn syrup sweetener, and the phosphoric acid can play havoc with your body.  Of course we all know that soda is one of the biggest contributers to obesity.

However, what most people don’t realize is that diet soda can make you fat and gain weight even more than regular soda. There are many reasons for this. One is due to the nature of the heavy dose of artificial sweeteners that you receive in a diet soda that creates a hormonal mess in your body and increases your food cravings. Another reason is that many people think that because they drank a diet soda that they can eat more of everything else now, and hence gain weight.
