Starfish Food

My wife and I have been working out together for a few months trying to get ourselves back into some sort of descent shape. While the workout portion of our efforts are going well, the eating portion is not. After we are done working out, neither of us wants to cook so we end up eating quick food that is not very good for us. We decided to try nutrisystem for a month to see if it would be a good fit. We didn’t try it right away because we figured it was too expensive. After using the food for a month we actually realized that we spent about the same amount that we would have at the grocery store.
