Stomachs and mid-sections are often our problem areas, and if you are wanting to lose fat from this area you are going to have to use every resource you can get your hands on. I know that when I needed to lose the fat from my tummy area I really like an exercise for a flabby tummy better then other programs and workouts that I have tired. See, getting a workout is not just about sweat. You want to add burning calories to the list of important things to achieve when you workout. Getting your heart rate up and keeping it there helps burn fat off the body, because the body will call for energy to keep up with demand from the muscles. This energy is stored in the bodies fat cells and that is really how you lose fat.
