Weight loss is as much mental state as it is physical

When you want to lose weight you have to be aware that just going on a diet won’t cut it. You can’t lose 40 pounds by not eating and starving yourself, however if you work with the body’s mechanics (bio-mechanics) then you can lose weight pretty quickly without starving at all. Losing forty pounds can be done in a month, granted, but it may not be the healthiest thing to do. If you want to lose the weight and keep it off you will have to train your mental state to change the way you’ve been eating, what you’ve been eating, and you will need to learn to exercise.
