Wheelchair lifts are special lifts

Wheelchair lifts are not only stable, but also reliable. They are a separate type of disabled access aid where the wheelchair is lifted with its user, hence the name “wheelchair lift.” They are basically special lifts that are specifically designed to transport people with handicaps to the next level of a building, vehicle, or other structure, while they are still in the chair. Wheelchair lifts are designed to allow the disabled access to vehicles and elevated places which they would otherwise find off-limits. They are manufactured with both hydraulic and electrically powered models; the electrically powered wheelchair lifts can be operated by anyone capable of pressing a button.
