Sometimes a yeast infection occurs when a women works out and has moisture in her lower area. Moist is a yeast infections best friend so sweaty clothes will increase the risk of a yeast infection. When I work out of I can’t take a shower I try to change my clothes so I stay dry and clean. Some girls are just prone to get more yeast infections then other women, that is life. We are not all built the same and we react differently form medications and remedies. So if one thing doesn’t work for you try something else because you will eventually find some for of yeast infection treatment that works for you.
