Most people don’t realize that they can experience acid reflux without heartburn. Heartburn itself is really just a symptom and a feeling that you get from acid reflux. You probably know what that feeling is by now. The one where you experience irritation and burning in the chest area. The feeling can range from very sever to fairly minor. Some other symptoms may be a dry cough, postnasal drip, and laryngitis. Th easiest way to fix these symptoms is to simply watch what you eat. Get to know the foods that bother you, then stay away from eating those foods.
