When I found out that I had high blood pressure I started looking for natural remedies for high blood pressure. I found out that by adding fruits and vegetables like melons, Bananas, oranges, grapefruit, cabbage and cauliflower to my diet along with nuts, wheat, rice, beans, soy and bananas to increase magnesium would be very helpful. I also discovered that many herbs can be used to help lower blood pressures particularly garlic. I added all this stuff to my diet and increased the amount of garlic I used in my meals (I wanted to avoid supplements) and did reduce my blood pressure but not enough. I learned about supplements and added them in and really got my blood pressure lowered naturally.
