I am the Property Manager for several apartment buildings in the city. Whenever some one moves out of one of our apartments we send our cleaners in. However, we have had some comments from perspective tenants that the carpets look dirty. We are are considering carpet cleaning in our rental units between tenants. We think it will be an easy and affordable make to spruce up an apartment and make it more appealing for potential tenants. We also think that it will help the carpets to last longer which is a good thing too. And finally, we are pretty sure that our new tenants will appreciate it once they move in!
