A Snake Trap, The Tool of the Contractor

April 25th, 2009 by admin

Working in the uncleared lots of rural Florida is usually pretty routine. the big equipment takes care of most of the problems. We wear heavy gloves to protect our hands from sharp brush and vines and various pieces of rusty junk and broken glass. Of course, we always wear plenty of eye protection. And I personally tuck my pants into my boots to avoid chiggers. But, lately, I’ve discovered that a snake trap is an excellent protective tool for me as well. I place them the night before we clear and then remove the snakes out into the swamp where they don’t scare anyone.
