Starfish Food

Choosing a perfect gift for any near one becomes quite a tricky job at any occasion. I recently had to buy gifts for my friend for his fortieth birthday. I rambled around stores that offered almost everything under the sun that you could gift your near and dear ones. Or so I heard them say. But after rummaging through their stock of items, I decided to choose my own path.

I made my mind to give my friend 40th birthday gifts that we both could relate ourselves to, something for which I can say “I’ve made this”. So, I started gathering things that we both have shared for a long time. That list was long. It included pictures, music CDs (since we both kind of have the same taste for music), alcohol, books, and a lot of other things. I accumulated those things in a decorative box and tied it with a satin ribbon and onto the box; I attached a card wishing him a great birthday.
