Contact them and by passing the dating sites security measures by taking their instant messenger handle or email and start to “sell” them stories about how they were cheated or tricked into giving up their wealth.
Over time the scammer will establish good trust with the person and use it to leverage his cause.
Then starts their real business: the person will ask for money using various excuses for instance for airfare, to get over a tough financial situation, to pay a debt etc.
If the person complies then more of such requests will follow until either the person realizes what is going on or stops or just goes broke.
The scammer rinses and repeats.
