My husband and I got married just over a year ago.  We just reached our first goal that we have been working hard to achieve.  We have been living in a very small apartment and saving every possible bit of money in order to come up with a down payment for our first home.  We want to be settled in our home in a nice neighborhood before we have any children.  We just reached our target amount and are ready to start checking the classifieds for New Tampa real estate for sale.  We would like to do as much of this as possible ourselves to save some money on realtor fees.  If we need to use a realtor though we will.
