New Title Qualifications Requirements!

To provide an opportunity for all our Demonstrators to advance and be recognized and rewarded, we are pleased to announce a change to our Compensation Plan. Effective today, we have new title qualifications requirements!
Starting with Senior Uppercase Living Demonstrators and above, we have lowered the number of “Total Frontline Demonstrators” required for each title and reduced the “Minimum Quarterly Sales” amount to $1,000 for all Directors and above. We feel this change will provide all of our Demonstrators better opportunities to promote more quickly to a higher title, keep a title already achieved, and earn higher leadership bonuses and downline commission percentages. We also anticipate that reducing title qualifications requirements will increase retention on your teams and attract new recruits.
On Tuesday, March 17, you’ll be able to see your new projected title based on your sales and downline composition for this quarter. Your title under the new requirements will be awarded on April 1st and confirmed when commission for March are finalized and paid in April. This means your March commissions, (paid in April) will be calculated based on your title as of March 1. Your April commissions, (paid in May) will be calculated based on your title from April 1, under the new qualifications.
