I have a bit of a complicated estate, and could use some help with estate planning. Can anyone recommend a good estate planning attorney in New Jersey? I want to make things as easy as possible on my heirs, and I want to try to avoid them having to pay estate taxes if I can. I am not sure the best way to do this, so I want the help of a qualified attorney. I also want to leave part of my estate in a trust and I need to set that up. I don’t want my irresponsible son to be able to waste his inheritance all at once.
