Last year my mother started getting Telephone Harassment from one of her co-workers. She kept phone call records that included the times and the caller ID from every call she received. She took the records to a lawyer and to the police and as the call continued a trap trace was put on her phone. She also recorded every phone call that came in. When it came time to sue and have the harasser arrested she just smiled. Telephone Harassment is illegal and if you can prove the harassment and determine who the callers you can have then fined and/or arrested.
