It may not seem obvious that changing you mental focus can help to improve your game. Hopefully, you have noticed that it can make a difference to your playing and to how well you train. It is useful to keep looking for new mental golf resources so that you can use fresh techniques and try different methods until you find something which leads to you being as successful as you can. You can try reading golf magazines and books, talking to fellow players and looking on the Internet. Remember, just because a technique works, it does not mean that it is the best one, so it is therefore well worth while to keep looking for new ones and trying those as well.
