Last weekend my wife and I went down to Lake Elsinore to visit friends. We were going there because it tends to be very nice and warm in winter months. So warm our friends even through a barbecue in the middle of December. On the drive back home we both noticed a large Real Estate Marketing and sales sign by the side of the road. There were a lot of those colorful flags surrounding a new community that had houses for sale. My wife and I decided we would go in there and see what was available. We came very close to buying a house within half an hour of stopping there.
