How to use competitors keywords.

What about using your competitors keywords on your own site? Aside from using the same general and generic terms, what about using their actual brand name?

Is that ok? Is it legal?
It all depends on who you ask. Some think it unethical, but I wonder if they understand how very unethical some corporate stuffed shirts are?

I wonder if they went out and looked or could find the keywords that their very own competitors use, would they find their own name there?

Now, legally, it seems to be ok. Comparative marketing is what that is called and you have to be careful how you word their name. Don’t cause slander unintentionaly. That would be a legal issue!
