I’ve often wondered if there was a better way to conduct our weekly conference calls at work.  We schedule our conferences through an operator and if we have to change, we have to go through a crazy cancellation process and pay each time.  I recently read about the new Reservationless Audio Conferencing system and it really sounds like a better alternative because you can do conference calls twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.  But the best part is that you would not have to schedule through an operator.  As long as everyone had the toll free number and access codes, you could just conference any time you want.
